A note from Dr. Rao

Most of what we see every day is ordinary illness — fevers, coughs, stomach upsets, rashes and aches — and most of it gets better with simple care. What makes the visit worthwhile is context: because your family’s record is shared across our doctors, we already know your allergies, your medicines and what happened last time. We test only when a result will change the treatment, and we prescribe antibiotics only for bacterial infections. Before you leave, we tell you clearly what to expect over the next few days and which warning signs mean you should come back sooner.
