A note from Dr. Rao

Video consultations work well for follow-ups, report reviews, medicine refills and questions that don’t need an examination. We follow India’s Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, which means some medicines can’t be prescribed over video and some problems need to be seen in person. If that is the case, we will say so during the call and help you book a clinic slot. Join from a quiet, well-lit place, keep your recent reports and current medicines nearby, and have your home blood pressure or sugar readings ready if you track them.
